With just 15 hours until the kick off of the World Club Series clash with the St Helens Saints, it’s time to make sure that you’ve got all the necessities for the game.

The game is being played in the UK which makes live viewing a bit more tricky than we’re used to, but with our love for the mighty Roosters, we’ve got to get up nice and early for this one.

Let’s go through all the neccessary stages to enjoying the Roosters on Saturday morning.

1. Set alarm for 6:15am (6:30am at the ABSOLUTE latest)

2. Make a nice hot cup of tea (of coffee if you prefer)

3. If it happens to be a bit cold, make sure you’ve got your blanket on standby.

4. Turn the T.V to Gem by 6:40am for the start of the coverage

5. Get on twitter to join the conversation with us

6. Enjoy!

It’s going to be a big test for the boys, and we need you behind them all the way Roosters fans.

Twitter coverage will start from 6:00am (EST) beginning with the final 17-man squad announcement.

WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO

A BIG HALVES BATTLE: St Helens will be fielding ex Panthers combo Luke Walsh and Travis Burns.

In 2010, the Panthers finished 2nd at the end of the season with Walsh and Burns steering the side around.

It will be a big test for our boys, but no doubt one that is very much on the radar.

NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN, OLD FRIEND: This game will mark the first time the Roosters have been on the same field as Lama Tasi since his exit from the Club in 2013.

This time though, he will be playing in a different jersey.

There’s always a bit more emotion when playing your old Club, and we expect nothing less than toughness from the former hard-hitting Roosters forward.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY: Exactly fourty years ago this year, the Roosters and St. Helens faced off at the Sydney Cricket Ground for the first ever World Club Challenge.

This game will mark the 40th anniversary which makes it that little bit more special.

We’re just two weeks away from kick off of the NRL Telstra Premiership Roosters fans, and this is the first big challenge.
