Community Carnival

Community Carnival

The Community Carnival wrapped up last week with Roosters ambassador Anthony Minichiello visiting 4 schools in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, talking about the importance of well-being.

As a professional athlete, Mini knows how important it is to take care of your body in order for you to reach your full potential.

This includes getting at least 11 hours of sleep for children, drinking water though out the day and having a place to belong were the messages he discussed.

A game of trivia had students receiving prizes for answering questions correctly.

He went on to address the importance of having a place to belong.

From the transition he made when joining the Roosters, Mini expressed how important it was to feel that he belonged to the team to ensure he reached his full potential as a rugby league player.

Just like many other rugby league players, being a part of a junior club provided Mini with memories and friends he will have for a lifetime.

Be a part of the rugby league family and sign up to your local Junior Rugby League Club today!
