THE COWBOYS claimed the title of world champions but their enforcer prop James Tamou will certainly struggle to remember much of the win over Leeds after he was floored by former Broncos prop Mitch Garbutt.

The incident occured in the 71st minute and was retaliation for a jab on Keith Galloway after Tamou was playing the ball. Garbutt clearly took exception and put one on Tamou’s which dropped the Blues forward to the floor.

As a result, Garbutt was sent off and in doing so became the first player since Manly’s Ronnie Gibbs to be red-carded in a World Club Challenge.
