The round 2 KIA play of the week is the Moses Mbye try in the 79th minute against the Penrith Panthers selected three plays from the opening round and put it to a vote for our members to select their favourite play.

The three plays selected were Will Hopoate’s try, Kerrod Holland’s conversion and Moses Mbye’s try in the dying seconds.

The final verdict saw the members vote for Moses Mbye’s try in the dying seconds as their favourite play.

The Bulldogs fought hard to get back in the contest but were denied time and time again by the Penrith defence, with Holland, and then Sam Perrett dragged over the sideline in the final 10 minutes. 

Then, with just 12 seconds left on the clock, Mbye split the seas for the second time to break Penrith hearts and spoil the club’s 50th birthday celebrations with a try right on fulltime.

THE Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs will make their 2016 home debut next Friday night against the against the Parramatta Eels.
