IPSWICH Jets premiership winner Marmin Barba has decided to return to the club for the 2016 season.
The 24-year-old flyer left the Queensland Cup side late last year after declaring his intentions to make the Australian Sevens Olympic side.
But Barba has since had a change of heart and has decided to return to the Jets as they look to defend their title.
“I know he feels comfortable here,” Jets co-coach Ben Walker told the Queensland Times.
“It is a great environment for him.
“Marms can turn up on game day at our last training session of the week with no shirt and no shoes on and he feels relaxed.
“That is fine by us because he gets out there and scores tries and sets them up.”
Barba has scored a whopping 52 tries in two seasons at the Jets.
