This Thursday (3 March), the Dyldam Parramatta Eels kick off their 2016 NRL Telstra Premiership campaign against the Brisbane Broncos in Thursday night footy at Pirtek Stadium, thanks to our Round One Game Day Sponsor, and principle partner, Dyldam.

Key Times:

Gates Open: 5:30pm

Under 20s kick off: 5:50pm

NRL kick off: 8:05pm

Why not show your support for the Blue and Gold with our face painters and have your face covered in Eels colours, and pose for a photo with the Eels mascots Sparky and Sparkles. 

Keep an eye out for our face painters located throughout the TryLine City Precinct and Pirtek Stadium at the locations below:

Location 1 – Eastern Precinct “Try Line City” (outside Gate A/B) x 4 artists

Location 2 – Ray Price Statue (Northern – close to Gate C) x 4 artists

Location 3 – Food area btw Gate D/E & F

Location 4 – Southern Terrace (close to the Fountain Sauce inflatable bottles/near Bay 74 & 75)

Get your FREE Blue and Gold Army collectable poster!

The first 2,000 people through the gates on Thursday at Pirtek Stadium will pick up a free Blue and Gold collectable poster.

We will have 11 different posters to distribute throughout the season, with a new and unique poster given out at every home game played at Pirtek Stadium or ANZ Stadium in 2016.

TryLine City Precinct

The TryLine City Precinct will be packed on game day, so arrive early to get involved!

The TryLine City precinct will include a live DJ, jumping castles for the little ones and the first performance from this year’s new Parramatta Eels Cheerleaders squad!

Our gold charity partners, Careflight will also have their simulation helicopter in the precinct for photos along with marquees from Shine Lawyers, Fountain and Denlo Isuzu.

Visit our Membership and Merchandise outlets who will be available to assist with enquiries, whilst our community marquee returns with our Blue and Gold selfie frame for those who love a good pic with the players in attendance!

Getting to the Game:

The Eels encourage all Members and fans to take public transport to the game.

Parramatta train station is the nearest train station to the ground, and is only a short walk or shuttle bus ride away. Parramatta Bus interchange is located on Argyle Street opposite the Parramatta Train Station.

A free shuttle bus runs from Col Sutton Reserve in Baulkham Hills to Pirtek Stadium both pre & post game. This service will run at 15-20 minute intervals in the lead up to the game & again for 1 hour after the game on NRL Game Day.

Please remember there is NO public parking at Pirtek Stadium on game day. Click through for more transport details, or consider the Parramatta City Council parking options.

The Justice Precinct (formally Hunter Street) and Eat Street (formally Erby Place) car parks are the closest, with parking rates from $2.50 – $25. Download the Smart Parking app to find the closest available parking in Parramatta on the day.
