KNIGHTS enforcer Korbin Sims will only miss one game for his high shot on Eels forward Tepai Moeroa.
Sims collected Moeroa with a what appeared to be a swinging arm late in the second half – which infuriated former referee Bill Harrigan, who called for the forward to be sent from the field on Triple M.
Sims was hit with a grade one careless high tackle charge and will only be suspended as a result of carry over points accrued from a similar offence.
The Knights and Sims have swiftly decided to take the early guilty plea meaning the 24-year-old will miss the club’s round 13 clash with North Queensland.
